Everything about Rosetti speaks of extraordinary and elevated life. This luxury penthouse spans 3,600 square feet with three bedrooms, three baths, and a 1,400 square foot wraparound terrace overlooking London’s skyline.
The Penthouse’s name refers to Victorian poet Christina Rossetti, who called this historic and colorful West End neighborhood home. Today, the area is a highly desirable urban village with a rich cultural heritage, beloved for its independent shops and cafes, traditional pubs and chic boutiques, all wrapped in a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere.

The interior architecture is the work of Simon Bowden of E8 Architecture, formerly of Foster + Partners. Bowden’s design philosophy centers on flexible, open-plan living that maximizes natural light while appearing deceptively simple. Classic materials anchor the space: oak floors, Italian marble, and natural stone create a contemporary and elegant feel. Interior design by Phil Watterson of Watterson Consultancy highlights the light-filled space with a sense of drama. The journey begins upon entering Rossetti, where a deep gray lobby framed by crystal glass doors opens onto an enfield of rooms bathed in natural light. Floor-to-ceiling windows front the penthouse, framing views of the rooftop garden and London skyline.
The rooms’ generous proportions complement the inviting sculptural B&B Italia furniture (included with the penthouse) and a carefully selected collection of contemporary pieces. In the living area, a crescent-shaped sofa is lit by a 1930s Art Deco ceiling lamp. Centering the entertaining area is a Welsh black slate bioethanol fireplace, while in the dining room, where custom cabinetry lines the walls, a modern Venetian chandelier hangs from a dark industrial steel frame.

The private areas of the home are equally exquisitely presented, featuring stunning contemporary works of art, soothing drapes, and thoughtfully curated books and accessories. Notes Waterson, “I explored the wonderful shops in Marylebone Village to achieve the penthouse. I wanted to develop Rossetti with a neighborhood feel and continue that sense of location and community by working with local shops and services.”
E8 Architects collaborated with Italian design firm Salvatore, who appointed sleek and energetic bathrooms with Grace du Marais marble in its dappled gray-grey style.

The 1,400-square-foot wraparound terrace is clearly divided into a series of distinct “rooms,” creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. The interior’s curved picture windows, balusters and organic forms are mirrored outside in ribbon-like planters of striking height that both add dynamism to the rooftop landscape and preserve privacy. “I wanted the greenery of the terrace garden to become an intrinsic part of the interior experience,” Watterson says. He worked with landscape architect Joe Bryson, who planted specimen trees, plant forms and textures, perennial grasses, and white-flowered shrubs and perennials that bloom year-round. The result is a jaw-dropping Sky Garden. An amazing view from inside the house and a quiet sanctuary when you are outside.
Rosette is one of seven available penthouses at Marylebone Square, a new mixed-use building developed by Concorde London. Marylebone Square reimagines traditional mews living through contemporary design, with a stunning five-story courtyard surrounded by a glass roof and open sides.
Rossetti includes two private EV parking spaces, 24-hour concierge service, and a rare 999-year lease. It is offered at ₹27 million.
