An important QSR China (renamed) uses blending learning to train franchise staff in a new winter menu. One of the world’s largest Fortune 500 Tech Advisory Company changed 16 separate learning platforms for Adobe Learning Manager. Result? A single system now supports 350,000 internal employees, over 910,000 external partners, and 3.8 million CSR users. This is serious stability, and it works.
On a different scale and in a different corner of the world, a financial services company in South Africa used Adobe Learning Manager and Adobe Connect to combine programs for more than a thousand learners. He used a self -powered content for the instructor -led sessions and a learning manager for Adobe Connect. With everything connecting everything, they automated key workflows and pulled analytics in both platforms. 80 % of the trainer availability between several instructors providing payment training sessions SLA and smooth cooperation.
Do you think emerging technologies, such as AI, are helping organizations improve the effectiveness of learning at every stage – creation, curse and delivery?
We are just gaining AI’s ability to learn, and preliminary results are already changing the game. For example, in Adobe, we are seeing the difference between our AI -driven search in the learning manager. Instead of learning through the sea of irrelevant consequences, our AI -powered spiritual search for them. This video also digs transcripts, PDFs, and even in the recording of the meeting so that they can draw it in the same way. And it’s just towards content.
On the front of creation, AI is ready to equalize the playground. Imagine that L&D teams are flogging on a scale of personal learning.
