The funding will be used to deepen SpotDraft’s product and AI capabilities and expand its enterprise presence across the US, EMEA, and India, and the relationship extends beyond the capital. SpotDraft was presented at Qualcomm Technologies’ Snapdragon Summit 2025, showcasing a contract review running on a Snapdragon® X Elite laptop without cloud connectivity, validating the first privacy AI viability for enterprise legal operations.
“This investment validates the architectural direction we’ve taken with SpotDraft.” Shashank Bijapur, Co-Founder and CEO, SpotDraft. “Legal teams handle some of the most sensitive business information, yet most AI tools still require sending that data to external cloud models. Co-founder and CTO, SpotDraft. “Basic contract understanding, directive checks, and recommendations run natively on the device, while orchestration, learning and large-scale analytics remain cloud-driven. Optimizing these workflows with Qualcomm ® Hexagon ™ NPUs allows us to deliver low-latency, private AI experiences without compromising accuracy.”
The investment is tied to Qualcomm Ventures’ belief that on-device AI represents the future of enterprise computing. From industrial robotics to fleet protection to security operations, the firm has supported both core AI leaders such as Anthropic and Cerebros and enterprise applications and enterprise applications.
