Stellats, the basic company for industry giants like jeeps, Dodge, and Ram, took bold steps to suspend their entire year’s financial guidance in April, which cited uncertainty related to revenue. On Monday, the company revealed some preliminary estimates for the first half of 2025, now that tariffs are being imposed. And the numbers don’t look good.
Auto expects a net loss of 68 2.68 billion in the first half of the collective year. Stellats also released the number of global delivery for the second quarter of 2025, which revealed a 6 % negative change in the ship, which is reduced by 25 % for North America.
Specifically, the steels are expected to target 300 million in its business directly due to its shipment taxes.
The rest of the loss was blamed for the cancellation of planned production, which was in response to the revenue, as well as uncontrollable steps to “improve performance and profit”, which will not appear until the second half of 2025. The company also mentions high industrial costs, geographical factors and changes in foreign exchange rates.
As far as sales are concerned, there is a list of a number of reasons for the decline in the stelnts. The company pointed out the allegations of sale of fleet and “reducing product transfer factors”. These include the new line of smart car vehicles and the recently disclosed FAT 500 hybrids, none of which have yet promoted full production.
However, this is not bad. While North America and Europe saw a decline, other regions of the staunch saw major benefits. The Middle East and Africa increased by 30 %, while South America increased by 20 %.
