Rayse tracks an agents’ progress through a transaction providing homebuyers and sellers with real-time data about their home sale or purchase. It also enables agents to show how much time they spend on various activities like negotiations, previewing properties and analyzing market trends through the Rayse client portal.
The client portal also allows consumers to offer comparisons and tour feedback. Additionally, clients receive a closing report that shows them all of the strategic decisions, negotiations and transaction milestones their agent helped them achieve.
