“Summer House” star Lindsay Hubbard has proudly opened the doors to her “dream” New York City apartment where her 1-year-old daughter, Gemma, has her very own living room.
The 39-year-old TV personality opened the doors to her sprawling dwelling in a new YouTube video for Bravo, unveiling the dwelling’s massive living areas and very glamorous kitchen.
Hubbard welcomed the TV crew into her home, which she emphasized is primarily used as an “entertaining” space, while also serving as the perfect sanctuary where she can spend time with her young daughter.
“This is definitely an entertaining apartment. Lots of natural, big, open light, and then … our living rooms,” the former fashion publicist revealed.
The TV star first showed off her living area, which came complete with a large beige couch, a marble coffee table, and built-in wall storage shelf.

She then let out a giggle before turning to the area adjacent to the main living room, revealing, “and then this is Gemma’s living room.”
Her daughter’s lounge comes complete with a patterned carpet, lots of toys, and a small seating area.
The space boasts personalized toys, books, and even has its own TV.
“I’m really lucky to have this much space. I mean, you really don’t find this often in New York. I love it down here. Why leave?” she said.
Hubbard then took fans into one of the bedrooms, specifically the jaw-dropping closet.
“This is the ultimate ‘Sex and the City’ closet. I mean, this is a girl’s dream. The clothes just go up and up and up and up, and it comes with a ladder,” she said.
Later, she revealed that one of the main reasons she purchased the dwelling is because of the massive kitchen, which comes complete with a chic marble island, a white marble backsplash, gray cabinetry, and state-of-the-art appliances.
Adjacent to the cuisine center is an adorable breakfast nook, which boasts enough space for a large dining table.
Hubbard said that the kitchen was “the reason I got this apartment.”
“I love a big kitchen island,” she said as she showed off her kitchen.

Then, she showed off her “big, grand, luxe” bedroom, which has another “to die for” closet and doubles as Gemma’s room.
She also opened the door to her chic bathroom, which features a black marble vanity, tile walls, and a large glass-enclosed shower.
Hubbard welcomed Gemma in December 2024 with her then-boyfriend, Turner Kufe.
She announced that she and her then-partner were expecting in July of that year.
However, just five months later, Hubbard revealed that she and Kufe had split.
At the time, the TV star made it clear that she and Kufe were committed to being the best co-parents for Gemma.
In addition to her New York City dwelling, the reality TV star also owns a sprawling Nashville, TN, home, which she uses primarily as a short-term rental.
Known as “Hubb House Nashville,” the townhouse boasts four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and can house up to 12 guests at a time. The property’s website states that it can be rented for $799 per night.
“Step into luxury with this stunning four-bedroom townhome, owned and beautifully decorated by Lindsay Hubbard, star of Bravo TV’s ‘Summer House,'” the description notes.
“Nestled in the desirable Cumberland Heights neighborhood, just 8 minutes from the iconic Broadway, The Hubb House embodies sophisticated living at its finest. This chic retreat comfortably sleeps 12 guests and offers convenient parking for two vehicles.”
