Tassone Jr. was promoted to CEO of AM Specialty
Dominic Tassone Jr Promoted to CEO of AM Specialty Insurance Company (ASIC US), effective January 1, 2026.
Since joining AM Specialty Insurance Group in 2023 as Chief Underwriting Officer, Dominic has played an integral role in advancing the underwriting platform, driving profitable growth and consolidating specialty capabilities.
Shivan border AM will continue in his role as Group Chief Executive Officer of Specialty Insurance Group and will be based in New York, overseeing the group’s broader strategic direction and international operations.
Canopius has appointed Leftwich US regional head of strategy and transformation
Canopius Groupheadquartered in Chicago, was appointed Lisa Leftwich As regional head of US strategy and transformation.
Leftwich has over 20 years of experience in corporate strategy, communications and sustainability. She joins Canopius from Zurich North America, where she held several senior leadership roles, most recently Head of Sustainability Services at Zurich Flexible Solutions. His previous roles include director of value proposition development, chief of staff for North American commercial insurance, and director of communications services.
FM Nam Arbug EVP, CFO
Commercial Property Insurance Company FMheadquartered in Johnston, Rhode Island Alison Erbig to Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective November 1.
As CFO, Erbig will oversee all aspects of finance for FM, including financial reporting, taxation, financial planning and analysis, treasury operations, corporate real estate and rating agency oversight. She will also lead FM’s risk management and enterprise resilience functions. She joins FM from Liberty Mutual Insurance, where she most recently served as CFO for Global Risk Solutions. Additional roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance included comptroller and director of investor relations.
The airbag succeeds Kevin Ingramwho will retire from FM on December 31.
