The US -made index uses five different factors to find out how every car sold in the United States is: final assembly location, percentage of US and Canada’s parts, the original countries for all engines, the original countries for all transmission, and the US manufacturing. This year, this research analyzed more than 400 vehicles and limited the final list to 100 models.
The upper part of the list is usual suspects: Tesla, Jeep, and even Honda. American brands like Chevrolet and Ford do not crack the top 10, and only one Chiyi makes it in Top 20. You can read the entire list cars.comBut here looks like the top 20:

As expected, Tesla is on the list with four of its models taking the top four. Model 3 2025 (so far) receives the crown as the most US -made vehicle. All Tesla’s vehicles are manufactured at its frameont factory in Fermet, California, with Model YS and cybersics with Giga factory in Texas.
The Gladiator takes the fifth position and is the only jeep in the top 20, while the KIA Electric EV6 gets the sixth position. Did the sports also crack the top 20 at 17th place? Both are manufactured in the IA model brand Westpoint, Georgia, Manufacturing Facility.
Honda has five vehicles in Top 20, with all manufactured at the same manufacturing plant in Odyssey, Pilot, Ridge Line, and Passport Lincoln, Alabama. In the meantime, the Honda Accord has been built in Mary Wil in Ohio.
Honda luxury brand, Ekora also has three vehicles in the top 20: RDX, MDX, and Integra. Integra Maryam is made along with the contract, while RDX and MDX East Liberty are manufactured nearby in Ohio.

At the opposite end of the spectrum, a handful of US brands fall under the list. Jeep Vegonier L 2025 is the 100th most US -made man. Toyota RAV4 Hybrid is 99th, Cadelic Lariq is 98th, Nissan bully is 97th, Sabaro CrossCrack is 96th, and Genius GV is 7095th.
