For the past few weeks, I have been running a group of experiences on myself to find out if I can find a relatively easy way to start using my phone less. (There’s more about it.) Everyone has many ideas, “gadgets that force you to remove your phone” from “just discipline, you buffen”. I do not love any of these points.
So far, I have the best and best thing I have tried Charge my phone in another room. I set up a little charging station in my residential room, and now I get a call every night before I start to get ready for bed. But here’s the thing that It It made by: I took the charger Out Now my bedroom, even in the night when I go upwards with my phone, I have to go down and plug in it. This change has helped me read more before bed, and when I wake up for the first time, I’m not watching the screen. I don’t know if any of them made me a better person or anything, but it makes me feel a bit calm in the morning. And after just two nights, it felt as usual. Highly recommended.
