    The mainstream does not show any sign of the mental march slowing down. This is a good thing on balance. However, I am more hitting how to make meditation a habit is considered important as an aspect of this approach.

    An individual culture often presents the mind -making as a solo practice. This is probably not surprising. We imagine that a person is sitting alone, cultivating behaviors like curiosity and gentleness. I have no doubt that practicing brainstorming can be helpful. But traditionally, learning groups and communities are trained. I suspect that a large part of the treatment of people’s Mind mentality is found in this tradition. Why? Because reaching this kind of exercise enables us to learn and learn from other people.

    When people come together for the first session of mind -making training, it is common to discover what each person brings to the point of view.

    This is not an easy task, and it will not be at all. We live in a dirty world with dirty minds. A preaching, a purest line is likely to be fruitful.
