Florida’s promoted pure scene has just got another period of well -deserved claps with the choice of Michellene Guide Florida this year. Five Florida restaurants were awarded new stars, including a rare upgrade to two stars.
As the latest double -star restaurant in Florida, at the top of the list, anonymous inspectors of Michelle were awarded 31 restaurants to the stars. Florida’s only second restaurant with two stars is Littler de Jul Robuchin in Miami.
And it is not surprising why Surikra is getting more recognizable: Chef and founder William Shen’s tasting menu highlighted Japan’s 72 micro -sons. It may take several hours to eat in Surikara and cover several rooms – even a course that likes to go to the Japanese facility store. But if you hope to experience it for yourself, good luck: Suricara is open to sit in just a few nights a week.

In addition to the Sorikra mark, Florida’s four restaurants found their first Michelin star:
- Conro (West Palm Beach): Chef Jacob Backel Hoop and Somalir Nadia Backle Hopt offers 10 to 14 courses with 10 seats, Omakis -style counters.
