Here’s a simple, 7-step guide to help you take life in new directions and make a great sense of it. Why? Behind your intentions is what I call commitment practice.
How to Manifest What You Want: Solve
r – Recognize the yearning for change
So, do you want to move in a new direction? Then you need to start making changes already. Once you can see that you want more freshness in your life, you can kick your determination into gear and make it happen.
E – Engage all your resources
When we learn to tune into the body, watch our thoughts, and befriend our emotions, we develop internal “resources” that we can call upon to help us create a sense of stability. Contributing your resources may involve pledging allegiance to someone who is also trying to solidify your commitment. Anything that helps support you in your goal is a resource.

S – Satisfy your need for speed
Instead, move slowly. Impatience can be a huge drain on your motivation. You learn as you go, so adopt a more relaxed pace that gives you time to investigate and learn from what you encounter.
o – Open up why it matters to you
Allow yourself to realize why it’s worth the effort. Remember that you chose this path because you were determined to increase your commitment. Return to this initial inspiration whenever you need a boost of motivation.
l – Learn to make allies of your obstacles
If you take the time to stop, breathe, and examine your blockages, you may find that some dissolve under inspection. We are often afraid to stand up. We may use catastrophic thinking or exaggerate a negative outcome. Sometimes the biggest obstacle is the fear of change itself. We can see it slowly too. Awareness will feed our resolve.
v – Appreciate your efforts
It takes determination, energy and a strong will to connect with our heart’s desires. No effort is wasted. All will work to strengthen your ability to trust yourself and strengthen your ability to stand up for yourself.
E-Enjoy the twists and turns
Projects have a nasty habit of changing course or dropping out. Learn to follow your own path because your determination drives you forward. Curves and surprises are what make life such a titillating adventure.
