The Trump administration has laid banners on the federal websites, accusing Democrats of government closure, and in some cases, President Donald Trump clearly campaigned. “The radical left -wing Democrats closed the government,” he added, adding that President Trump has made it clear that he wants to keep the government open, and want to feed the American people, support fuel and clothing, “he added.
Other websites show similar messages, which have a banner on the Treasury Department stating that the Democrats have shut down the government in the name of negligent costs and obstacles. The White House website similarly blames Democrats and includes a timer showing how long the shutdown lasts so far.
On Wednesday morning, the federal government closed after the Congress funding bill did not agree, as the Democrats face Republican Pushback on their fight to expand subsidy for the cheap care act. Republicans have accused Democrats of freezing, House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La) wrote on X that Democrats have voted “vote” to shut down the government.
Not all federal agencies show such messages, such as the Department of State, Department of Education, and the Federal Communication Commission websites have a banner, which only states that sites will not be updated due to government closure.
