Uber Technologies Inc. is spending six data on advertising in New York, in his latest appeal to lawmakers to solve the city’s largest taxi insurance company’s insurance issues.
According to a company statement, Raidshir Dev launched the campaign on Tuesday when state lawmakers were re -formed in Albani to discuss the budget. The exact size of buying ad was not disclosed.
The latest push raises millions of dollars that Uber has allocated this year to support political candidates’ promotion and insurance reforms across the country. From the end of last year, Uber executives have been warning that the demand in some US markets has softened as the company has gone through high prices to increase insurance costs to consumers.
Uber’s largest taxi insurance company, the American Transit Insurance Company, which is one of the largest taxi insurance company in the area, one of Uber’s largest rod share markets, is particularly intense in New York City. Huchul proposed a plan to stabilize the insurance market in January. But an Uber Lobby, Josh Gold, said at that time was insufficient to solve the basic issues in the legal system that encourages fake methods and causes more premiums, which was charged later in a recording case filed later this month.

Earlier this month, Gold wrote in a letter to top negotiators-Governor Kathy Hachul, Senate-majority leader Andrea Stuart Cousins and Assembly Speaker Carl E. Hesty-urgent reforms are needed to describe immediate reforms as excesses to company insurance policies. Ober says the abuse has resulted in the growing premium for drivers and high rent for consumers.
“The TLC insurance crisis is the most important and visible sign of a huge problem,” Gold wrote in a April 5 letter citing the New York City taxi and Lemosine Commission. “This moment demands leadership.”
