USI Insurance Services, one of the country’s biggest brokers, has filed a lawsuit against former sales team leader and another powerhouse broker, Lakton, who has accused him of illegally hunting and damaging the client’s relationship.
The federal lawyer says, Eliasia Hannburg, who began his career as an internal position in USI and stood up to lead a team of account executives, violated non -competitive contracts, and last year when he arrived at Lucknow with Lucknow.
The April 11 complaint states that “Lakton and Ms. Hannanberg have worked in a concert to enable them to provide services to their clients illegally and inaccurate (sales) team to provide services to their clients, and to persuade clients to convert their employees’ Benefits to Lakton.”

Hannburg and Lakton have not yet filed a response to the complaint filed in the Federal Court in Atlanta.
Another major insurance broker based in Florida, Brown and Brown, was filed a week later, alleging in a federal case, a former vice president defeated three dozen clients and formed a competitive insurance business.
Luckton, which is privately owned by the Lakton Family, has offices in Atlanta and Kansas City.
The complaint states that Hannburg was kept as internal in 2012 and later became the leader of the team that benefited from employees living in Atlanta. It explained the suit that it monitored nine account executives and had access to USI’s trade secrets and proprietary systems. These systems include Omni, a platform that helps USI provide customized solutions for clients.
The case states that “USI is now in a weak position with the possibility of continuous damage to business damage and goodwill due to the continued loss of Atlanta account executives and the inappropriate measures of the defendants.”
