Verizon has confirmed stores and online users that there is a problem in the network on Saturday. Many people have failed to connect and call or receive hours, while the downside tracker arrived with more than 20,000 reports near ET at 3:30 pm. Some users have reported that their service has continued to work all day, so it is not clear that the reason for this is fine.
Downtomator’s Outage Map showed hot spots in many cities, and Verizon did not list the affected areas specifically. On X, the @Verizanceport account confirmed the issue in response to users’ questions, but there were no additional details about the maintenance or how wide it is.
