Although many Amaron producers send their liquor to the market after two years of age or after four years for Rasroova, Zento has returned a barrel in special vintages for limited edition bottling. The first to reach our beaches, which is still available for $ 650 by certain retailers, is the Zanto 2008 Amaron Classico Dela Walpolicella Archive Store. This bottling tells the story of the oldest bulls on Zento State during a great season, which has won a great vintage over the years. Unfortunately, 2008 was when Winery’s founder Sergio Zento passed away, but in the stars, the year was unusual, “a rare balance between strength, beauty and complexity was identified,” says his daughter Nadia Zento, who is now CEO. “This year, the grapes offered extraordinary standards, and for this reason, as a heartfelt and authentic tribute to Sergio’s data, we decided to present a selection of a special limited edition, now known as Archive Stores.”

Only 2,500 bottles and 400 mg were manufactured from a large slaughter oak barrel, the same material used for the presentation box that contains alcohol. Ziane explains that the wood comes from a very cold jungle in eastern Croatia, which allows barrel stos with far better than French oak, which has a slow and more control micro -oxygen, especially suitable for longevity. While the Archive Stores and the Zanto Emaron Classico Della Walpolicla both come from the turn of the State Coastalinga Daha in the Walpolicella Classico Zone in the Venetic region, the Archiveo Stores represents a complex selection of excellent rows in the grape garden, which includes the spacest benches. The place of the garden of the garden shows daily sun exposure at 1,150 feet above sea level, which supports slow and uniform cooked and stable winds that provide permanent ventilation to maintain freshness and acidity. “This is a land plot that embraces the true essence of Walpolicla Classico,” says Ziane. “Especially for that reason, it was chosen by my father as our highest expression home of red wine.”
