A complaint registered in the northern district of California on Thursday claims that Musk’s Zee company has widely confused the market, which has damaged the ZK brand.

The former Popolis, Zee, behind the Delaware Corporation, said it had used Zee trademark in the US trade since June 2023, including its blockchain gaming ecosystem and XAI XAI token. The filing states that “this is a classic case of a trademark violation that requires intervention for court intervention.”

The former Popolas X -operates environmental system, which includes a blockchain -powered network designed for video gaming and digital transactions, which, according to filing, supports game logic, AI -powered decisions, rewards and data management in numerous applications.

    Ze Gaming Studio More Confirmation

The complaint alleges that Musk started the confusion in July 2023 after the announcement of his company, Zee, and when he said in November 2024, he said that Zai had planned to start a gaming studio.

The filing states that “the marketplace confusion has increased drastically whether the defendant/Musk plaintiff’s zye trademark or its affiliated goods and services were associated with, ownership, or patronage.” It cites examples of users, posts and even Musk’s AI Assistant Grook, which are incorrectly connecting both projects.

The former Popolis argued that the loss of reputation is beyond the lost goodwill. The complaint states that Xi has faced “the feelings of important negative consumers” due to Musk’s polarizing public image and Zee product disputes.

“Not only did the plaintiff suffer irreparable damage to his hard -earned good earning in his trademark … but the plaintiff has also been harmed because Elon is the result of significant negative emotions of consumers.”

Musk’s team pressed Zee on trademark rights

The filing has accused Musk’s legal team of trying to pressurize the former Populus to withdraw his rights earlier this month, threatening to cancel his registration.

The legislature also states that the US patent and the Trade Mark Office have already suspended several requests for Musk’s Xi Trade Mark due to the possibility of confusion with the current sign of XAI.
